Are you sure the water leak is coolant?

Water disappearing in barina 2006

Have the cooling system pressure checked for leaks by a local repair shop. If the pressure test reveals no external leaks then you may have a leaking cylinder head gasket. Also look on the ground after the car sits and cools down, is there coolant under the engine area?

My 2004 3.4 6cyl base impalas "hot coolant temp" light came on and the reservoir tank is half way full now when cool. It wasn't a week ago, I haven't added any fluids, what could be the problem?

seems that you have a coolant leak somewhere and when cooling down the leak is sealing and drawing back reservoir water
could simply be a radiator cap problem
have a coolant pressure test done
check under the water pump body for a leak under running and pressure

2002 lincoln ls v8.. i marked on my resivior tank with a marker before going to work when i got home after work i checked it and it was about half inch below

Look in the radiator after its completely cooled down for signs of oil . It will look like brown sludge. Next pull out the dipstick and see if the oil is black . If the oil is brown and not translucent, then there's water in the oil. If you have any of these indicators, you have a serious internal engine problem. If you have ever overheated your engine, the water is being burned bu the engine. Not good.

Could a freezeplug blow out?

freeze plugs ( welsh plugs ) rust out and will leak water under pressure . they are replaceable with some difficulty-- working space required
water pumps will leak out a small hole under the housing behind the pulley to stop the leaking pump seal from putting water into the bearing-- replace is the only real fix as reconditioning is almost as expensive as a new pump
to find the leak have a pressure test done on the cooling system as it reveal where the leak is
if you have plastic radiator tanks then they are known to crack or even come loose of the cores
a pressure test will reveal all this

Have a problem with my isuzu bakkie kb 260 oil and water mix after driving for 20 km

Run a coolant pressure test to look for pressure leaks. I suspect that it will be behind the water pump impeller that corrodes from water turbulence and allows water to leak through pin holes into the sump. It could also be a head gasket of head bolts leaking past the head studs/threads so a compression test may also help. By removing the rocker cover and with the coolant system under pressure you may see droplets of water at a head stud.

2003 Escalade 5.3 all of a sudden have to add a gal of water every 3or4 weeks.Has 60,000 miles and see no leaks

Have the system pressure tested. If there's a leak, it should show up under pressure. While they are doing it, have them run a test for exhaust gases in the coolant. Presence of hydrocarbons in the coolant means head gasket problem-possible cause of water loss. Just for peace of mind, and eliminate that possibility.
Good luck.

My 2006 charger 3.5 is leaking coolant but only somtimes is it a sign of water pump malfunction no indications on the gauges but car seems to be running hot

this is most likely the water pump if it is leaking at front of engine, the water pump is under the large timing belt cover and driven by the timing belt, so both are changed at the same time.
