Hello,
You will need access to a data and code reading scan tool. then the diagnostic test equipment required to run the required tests. It can be a verry expensive venture if your going to do it your self. The other option is to bring it to a reputable shop who has already bought the equipment and alow them to diagnose it for a sugnificantly smaller fee.
I hope I could help.

Most commonly it is wheel imbalance that is the culprit.

Service ride control 05

No. This is basically telling you that the electronic portion of the suspension system has a fault. All the basic mechanical items will still work as normal. It is common on those truck to have the Auto Ride pump go bad for the air suspension in the rear.

I have a 2007 GMC Yukon that runs fine in 2wd and in 4wd! But when it is in Auto 4wd it is acting like it needs to be In 4wd!! Keeps shifting into 4wd no matter the road conditions!! Anybody know what is...

The Auto 4 wheel drive is controled by an electronic silinoid. If the silinoid is going bad it will cause it to shift in and out of 4 wheel drive. I hope this helps you out, and if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

My 2007 Yukon Denali has 86000mi on it. I shut it off and turned it back on 10mins later to see Service Traction Control, and Service Stabiltrak scrolling across the info screen. The truck runs poorly...

Ok just so you know that service traction control and stabiltrak well come on if there is any check engine light on and if it's running poorly then i have to guess that there is also a check engine light on!! Once there any repairs are done then you would have to clear out the codes in the ECM, traction and suspension in that order!! GOOD LUCK !

2007 gm Yukon , hatch will start to open when activated but then stops itself before reaching the top and starts closing. Does not have any suspension to stay up by itself when opened and lifted manually

If one of the "suspension" or Lift Support" parts to the rear hatch fails. The other one will not have the energy to keep the hatch open. When the hatch gets to a certain point the door closure senses inaccurately that someone is pushing the hatch down to close. The reason behind this is that there is enough force on the engine lifting it that it is "tricked" into thinking that it is being closed.
This is probably the most likely explanation. The solution is to replace the weak lift support.
Here is a link to a supply house that should have the replacement. It is important to follow the instructions when installing this item.

Hope this helps,
Best Regards,

Got a service ride message on my dashboard message--all my manual says is that I need to get my suspension looked at--any suggestions on what I can do to fix this myself?

nope, need to have the air suspension module computer checked for truble codes. Code readers at auto part stores only do generic engine and transmission codes. You would have to go to the dealership or a reputable repair shop for this level of checks.
