Question about 1999 Saturn SL
It is located on the side of the driver under the brake master cylinder side. It has a line that goes into the fuel rail that can be disconnected by squeezing the plastic clips together while applying a little pull. It is about 3" in diameter and about 4" long...it is about 2 foot down the firewall from the master cylinder and will have plastic clips holding it at the fuel line as well. It is better accessed with the vehicle up on jack stands, that is for the bottom part...good luck.
