Question about 1999 Isuzu Rodeo
All Automatic Transmissions are filled by the "Dip Stick Tube", which requires the use of a "Dip Stick Funnel". You can buy one at your local auto store or Walmart. CAUTION: Always check tranny fluid level with engine running and warmed to full operating temperature. MAKE SURE NOT TO OVER FILL!!! Over filling can cause damage to the tranny. Final note: ONLY manual transmissions are filled from under the vehicle via the tranny plug.

You either have to fill it through the transmission dip stick if it is equipped with one, or you need tho crawl under the car and look at the side of the transmission and you should see a plug looking bolt which you will have to remove and fill through there till it runs out that plug hole
