Question about 1992 Buick LeSabre
When the struts go bad your tires can actually bounce up and down off the roar significantly reducing traction. this might be the wobbling you are feeling. Worn out struts make it harder for your car to turn and stop. you should get them changed asap

Struts are shocks. if they are bad you will wear out your tires faster. They are a safety issue. You could end up in an accident easier if a fast action close incounter occured
