massive fuel leak or some body is stealing your gas
with that usage , it would be too rich to run
check the sump oil level as if there is injector leaks , the fuel will get to drain past the rings to the sump

Water leaking from plugs on bottom of gas tank

That makes no sense whatsoever. If water were coming out of the fuel tank, so would fuel and the car would not be driveable in that condition. What you are thinking is the fuel tank may well be the bottom of the trunk. The spare tire wells in most trunks have drain holes in case water gets into the trunk. This is more common than you think. The gasket that seals the trunk lid often gets loose over time and allows water intrusion. The water finds its way to the spare tire well and drains out.

Code p0442 and p0455. When I start the truck it takes about 5 seconds to actually start. If I turn it off and start it again, it starts right up.

Well code 442 is a small EVAP leak and 455 is a large leak. Those codes could be a faulty gas cap or any leak in the gas tank venting system including the gasket around the fuel pump. The engine computer pressurizes the gas tank when the engine is running to check for leaks.
The starting issue could be a faulty check valve in the fuel pump allowing fuel pressure to drain back into the gas tank.

Diagram for gas tank hoses on 1999 oldsmobile bravada

It depends on which one is leaking. You should have two fuel lines from the pump plus two or more lines for the vapor recovery. The lines for the pump are under 50-70 PSI.
I don't have a diagram.

Gas is draining faster than usual, and smell of gas while driving

Most likely you have a leak in a gas line or a small hole in your gas tank. I only suggest this because I just went through that with my truck. The gas may not drip fast enough for you to see any signs of a leak. Try parking and idling you car over concrete or some other surface that's light in color. Use a flashlight to look under the car and around the gas tank for a possible drip. I'm no expert - just sharing my knowledge from past experience. Gas is expensive! Good luck!!

How do you get to the fuel guage sending unit

Unfortunatly you have to drop your gas tank. The fuel pump and sending unit are both in the gas tank. You will have to release the pressure in your fuel system, disconnect the neg terminal on the batt, then drain and drop your tank.

Fuel tank leaking how to solve problem gas is not pouring out but is seeping through bottom of tank There is fuel leaking from the top of the tank, is it a fuel overflow release or is the seal on the fuel...

If your gas tank is cracked or has a hole in it, you have to drain the tank, remove the gas tank and replace it, or have it repaired (if possible). If the gas tank is just leaking from the top and dripping along the side and to the bottom, you will still have to empty the gas tank, and remove it to get a good look at the condition of the gasket. It is not uncommon for these gaskets to become cracked or fragile over time because of the harsh chemicals and cleaning agents used in unleaded gas. If you do decide to have the gas tank removed, I would recommend replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter if your car has high mileage. Please rate this response if you found this helpful.

How to get gas out of a 1995 dodge?

If the point you disconnect the pipe from the motor is higher than the top of the gas tank you will not have a leak.
If you still want to drain the tank, you can get a hand siphon pump from a hardware or big box store and use it to siphon the gas out through the gas tank inlet. Drain into a certified gas can. No smoking.
