Hi my friend decided to start her car in freezing tempratures with no anti freeze in which snapped the power steering belt and blew the engine oil into the water coolent system can anyone diagnose??? car...

She's going to want to have a competent shop look at it for her. Sounds like she blew head gasket and has multiple problems according to what you described. Oil in coolant is pretty good possible head gasket failure, but it will take an actual visual inspection to evaluate actual damage(s)

If i have a bit of experience with cars could i fit a turbo to my mondeo zetec tddi y reg. my current turbo has blown

as your old one has blown, when you dismantle it if you find bits of turbo blade missing you will have to take off the head and make sure you have no swarf in the inlets,so if you take it apart and dont dont find bits missing and the engine blows again who are you going to blame......
