I have this car it has huge electrical problems. Something in the computer/alternator/etc. I have no speedometer, all my internal lights are screwed up. I've had 2 alternators, a starter and 4 batteries in 2 years. Get rid of it.

Alto? the car with many names, like a ghost that.
Maruti Alto is the Indian-built version?????????????????
i see you lost that vital operators guide in the glove box.
as it tells you all the names there.
buy one, and read all warnings and never do's stated in this guide.
my only clue is orange, now that makes this hard.
which engine?
796 cc (0.8 L) F8D I3 (petrol)
998 cc (1.0 L) K10B I3 (petrol)
1,061 cc (1.1 L) F10D I4 (petrol)

here are some symbols. can you find it here.
http://dashboardsymbols.com/the-symbols/

why not got to SUZUKI and get your lost manual.
the operators guide, defines the lamps, in all countries sold.
and can in fact vary by country and engine options.

The rear tail lights went out.tried new bulb but didnt work

If both lights are affected but nothing else, the switch under the dashboard that is activated by the brake pedal when depressed, has probably failed. This switch if kept 'open' by contact with the suspension of the pedal until it is depressed and then the switch makes contact and either turns on the lights directly or powers a relay that does the work.

Hello! I've been away myself for the Festivities and havn't logged into my FixYa desk. The management light shows many faults some of which are minor i.e. service interval others could be serious but from the small description you have left it appears that if the vehicle is performing well and no serious problems also all fluid levels are correct then you should be fine for local driving.
You need a Technician to plug in a OBDII diagnostic reader to look at the fault messages logged in the (Brain/Computer) of your Vehicle. (This doesn't have to be Suzuki) It should be a qualified Technician.
Have a Happy New Year!
