Can I get a spark plug wiring diagram for a 1998 land rover range rover 4.0 V8? I can't find anything by googling it..

There is a single High Tension Lead that goes from the spark plug cap to the coil pack.

Or do you mean firing order from coil pack to plugs? Which wire goes from what cylinder to which coil?

My car has no spark

Run basic troubleshooting flow chart for spark. Juice to the coil? Test ignition module. Insure all grounds are reinstalled properly.

. 1995 disco is a hard start in winter when the temps approach low 30's. Blue gas vapors come out the tailpipe. plugs were changed. runs fine in summer. coolant temp sensor?

I think your engine may have a cold start injector and timer. Check if this is so. Coolant temp sensor acts as a choke and will supply extra fuel when cold, but if you have fuel coming out of exhaust I suspect weak spark= check coil and module, plugs and wires

Car does not start I don't have no spark?

is that a question ? or fact ? If you don't have spark at the plugs I would check the coil or electronic ignition module ,distributor cap cracked? bad wires ?

1999 range rover se changed fuel pump, truck still wont start, relays and fues look good.

why you have replaced the Fuel pump? who advised you to do so?
be guided as follow 1. on the Engine Side on the top there is a fuel rail for the injectors. turn the ign. key to the second position (on) and check the valve located on the fuel rail if fuel is coming pressurized and still won't work. then open on of the spark plugs wires and check if spark is there. (Be Careful doing that). if no spark then is there any message comes up on the Dash? if not messages then you can check the Crank Sensor if no current being generated from the ign. coils.

My 2002 Land Rover won't start. I replaced the battery and it didn't make a difference. The alternator is fine. The computer is lighting up like crazy.....what's going on??? Now it doesn't start at all...

For starters, a cheap in expensive thing I would try is put a external 8mm internal diameter star washer (from a local sorce) on the main battery cable at the starter. The star washer sits against the starterm then the cable, lock washer and nut. I saw a lot of this working for a land rover dealer. If that doesn't fix it, check your fuel pressure at the schrader valve above the coil pack ( against the fire wall at the rear of the engine) should be around 55-60 psi. if that is good, check for spark. If you don't have spark, you could have bad coils, spark plugs, plug wires, cam sensor or crank sensor. If you don't have fuel pressure, replace the fuel pump and fuel pump relay (I always do them in pairs). Hope this helps.

Best of luck
