Question about 1998 Audi A8
Hi, if you look under the bonnet (hood) there is a battery boost point located on the inner wing (not sure which side on lhd) it's under a small bright red plastic cover. This is the positive terminal, the negative connection is to a suitable metal part of the engine, usually the alternator bracket or similar. You will be able to power the cxar up via these points and then open the boot (trunk) to gain access to the battery.
