The wiper motor may be bad. Check your fuse first. If that dont help, it may be the motor or the wiper switch. Do you hear the motor on when you turn the wipers on? Let me know. I am here to help as much as I can. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

My blinker lights wont work by themselfs but theyll work on the hazards and the fuse is good i dont know whats wrong

It is the switch. Some call it a combination switch. The lever that works the turn signals, may also work the wipers thats why its called a combo switch. If the work with the hazards, then that tells you that the fuse, wiring, bulbs are all good. Has to be the switch.

Check the brake light switch, under dash near top of brake pedal, either a bad switch, or the button is stuck in.

Wipers wont move on 2001 caravan

There's a few things that could be wrong. The wiper motor may be turning but the gears inside of the wiper arms may be stripped. This will require replacing the wiper module with the motor and gears together (mechanic would be the best option).

Another possibility is that a nut came loose that holds the wiper motor output to the wiper arms, causing the wipers to not move.

If you'd like to try to do the work yourself, check out a Chilton or Haynes manual for your specific vehicle (make, model, and year) at the library or you can buy one at a local auto parts store (Autozone, Pepboys, Advance Auto, etc.) or online from http://chilton.cengage.com/ or http://www.haynes.com/

Good luck and I hope I could help you get started. Don't forget to rate! Thank you!
