Question about 1983 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
You need a compression tool to press down the metal plate... after you press it down a few millimeters, it will expose a snap ring in the steering shaft... you will need some kind of pick to remove the snap ring.... after you remove the metal lock plate, you will see screws recessed in the plastic... you have to turn the turn signals both directions to access all the screws
