Un plug it then remove the to mounting bolts. To install it you will need a multimeter and you will need to know what the specs are to adjust it unfortunately I don't know it of the top of my head. Good Luck!

I have a 1990 buick regal it starts up but everytime I press the gas pedal it goes dead I change the fuel pump I don't know what's the problem

Can be any number of problems but the most common problem causing that type of stalling is failure of the THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR. Less common causes include ECM failure and various sensor failures. If the CHECK ENGINE light is illuminated or flashing when the car is idling, the error codes may help reveal the problem. If not, start by checking/replacing the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor).

Buick 1991 Regal. It starts fine...idles normallally...but when I start driving, as soon as I come to a stop, it dies.???

First if you did not reset the computer after you replaced the throttle position sensor then do so and if that fixed the problem. If it did not help then replace the coolant temperture sensor and the coolant level sensor then reset the computer. If you replace any sensor you have to reset the computer or the computer will not reconize it as being new and won't reset the perimeters for that sensor.

When my 94 Regal GS frequently wouldn't start for 30 minutes to an hour after being driven, it was the crankshaft positioning sensor that needed to be replaced. I also replaced the harmonic balance pulley. The car ran more smoothly and started everytime.

My buick regal 2003 wont excelerate it starts

It may be the throttle position sensor. You should have a check engine light on in your dash. You will need to have someone plug a OBD II reader in and retrieve the code.
You can spend a LOT of money just putting in one part after another.
Please let me know what you find.

Buick Regal 3.8 dies while braking

Check to see if you have a lot of dirt in the throttle body. Clean the throttle blades out with brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner. You'll see alot of dirt come out. Keep spraying until it comes out fairly clear and wipe the throttle body out with a rag. If this doesn't do it, you may have a problem with the throttle position sensor (TPS). This sensor controls the idle after the car warms up and keeps it from dying when you brake or sit at idle.
