Question about 1994 Honda Accord
Change your o2 sensor and do a tune up. The o2 sensor is locate before the catalytic convertor on the exhaust system it's job is to tell the computer to add and reduce fuel with age it response is very slow which make you burned extra gas. Get it from the dealer.

Very often, sharply reduced mpg is caused by clogged or clogging fuel injectors. There are other possibilities, of course, but I would start by getting a good add-to-the-gas injector cleaner to see if that will make a difference. If it does (after a few days of running with it in the tank), you might consider having the injectors cleaned (many shops can do it without removing them from the car) more thoroughly.
