If the intermitiant area of the switch doesnt work but your low and high work you have a faulty multi switch (blinker switch). Multi-switch is the proper name for it. Being you have a newer vehicle its simple to change. take the neg- terminal off your battery and wait for 5 minutes so any residual power dies out. Then remove the air-bag and retainer plate. You will see where the unit plugs in just inplug it, remove the switch from the colum and install the new switch. Assembly is reverse from tear down
