Replace the affected lamp first. If still a problem, look for for a loose or rusted grounding point for the lamp. Hope that helps!

My low beam works on both sides but not the high beam on the drivers side. also my blinkers dont turn on or blink but, if you use your hazards they turn on and blink on my 2001 dodge dakota v8

Headlamp operation is controlled by the central timer module. If 10A fuse 11 in the junction box is OK, the module could be defective.

Turn signal operation is determined by the position of the multi-function switch in conjunction with the combination flasher. If 10A fuse 19 in the junction block is OK, the flasher could be defective

Lights will not turn on

HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty headlight switch or issue with its wiring. Or its faulty head light fuse.

most likely you need to replace the light bulb, there are two light filament in the bulb one for high beam one for low beam the low beam must be burnt out.

has to be a wiring problem maybe not grounded properly ,you could try taking power from driver side dipped beam see does that work then you know its a wire broken

Have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 i have high beams but no low beams why?

on rare occasions I have seen both low beams burn out I would buy one new bulb and replace either one in the truck if the low beam works with the new bulb then replace the other one as well if the low beam still does not work then replace the headlight switch also check to see if the headlight switch recall was done on that particular truck or if it was under that recall, they had a problem with some of the ram trucks burning up headlight switches but I would check to see if yours might have been one of them there is a wiring upgrade that they will put in at the headlight switch that will cure that, like I said though check to be sure first yours might have not been one of them.

1992 dodge dakota 3.9 4x4 no low beams and one high beam

Hi the first thing I check on for anyelectrical problem is a bad ground connection. Follow the headlight wires as far as you can, even when they disappear into a larger covered loom at random places, maybe even right next to each light, you will find a wire or several attached to ground, could be a inner fender, engine, etc.. sometimes a inner fender ground is just a selftapping screw, It may be rusted out or just loose. Headlights work through relays that are also located in the fuse boxes. I assume you have checked both fuse boxes, in the truck and under the hood, good luck, Chuck

No low beam headlights on my 1994 Dodge Dakota

Yes it could be your low beam that is out. Could also be a fuse that is blown I would check the bulb first then the fuse, if neither of those then it is the relay for the high and low beam
