My 1998 Olds Intrigue needs an O2 sensor. Where is that located and how hard/easy is it to replace it?

Should not be too tough to change. The front sensor is between the engine exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter.

I will ask again i have a 1998 olds intrigue has 106000 miles runs great drive to work and back every day when i checked the oil there is vapors comming from the dipstick any one know why this happens car...

Don't work on those but it is normal for vapours to be in the motor. You might just want to check your pcv (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) Valves ie breathers.

Turn signals not flashing on a 1998 Old Intrigue,

Do the lights come on but, just don't flash? It could be the turn signal flasher. The owners manual should show the location.
