If you are getting oil on the electrobe, then the engine is using oil,bad valve guides,or seals,or the pcv valve system is clogged up,and causing this,or the rings are gone on the pistons,Now if it is only on the outside,of the spark plug, replace the valve cover gasket, and seals.

Oil on the spark plugs is an indication that the rings on your pistons are failing and allowing oil to pass through into the combustion chamber.
Usually this is indicative of a motor with a lot of miles.

The solution is to replace the worn rings, but be prepared for other components which will need to be replaced once you start the process.

Start by checking to see if your getting spark to your spark plug make sure that it didn't come out... then if your getting spark to your spark plug you may have a different problem Take your spark plug out make sure that it is not Fouled out... if it is look and see if it has oil on it or a white chalky substance.. if it has oil you probably have an oil leak in your cylinder head if it's white chalky it's getting too much fuel

There is engine oil in the spark plugs 3 of them,

If the oil is not in the cylinder, and is just around the spark plug, then get a new valve cover gasket with grommets, and spark plug seals, and replace it,if it has oil in the cylinders,it should be smoking, when running, and using oil.

Hi i have a 90 mod rx7 turns over it has spark its got new plugs it has new battery and is getting fuel but still wont start what can you sujest could be rong with my car

Take a spark plug out, reconnect it to the spark plug wire and check for spark at the plug. Repeat as many spark plugs as you can. If you're sure it's getting fuel, you'll need to do a compression check, or make sure the tiiming is still correct. By the way what test did you do to determine fuel delivery is alright.

Oil around spark plugs on 1992 honda accord

Yes the oil can cause the car to lose spark, the oil leak could be caused by the valve cover gaskets around the spark openings, but 9 times out of 10 it is the spark plug tube "O" rings. The top of the valve train comes off of the head, the "O" rings are between the two halves, that will fix the oil leak.
