Hello? Emission problem 1994 crown vic here...

I owned one of these. There is a groove under the butterfly horn of the throttle. There are 8 bolts and a $10 gasket. Often the EGR passage is clogged and it throws off the calibrations and when you clean this groove the engine will run much better.

1994 cadillac sts will shift all gears except park. ignition only turns off part way and key wont come out. So i put in neutral and push ABS pedal down before turning car off

if its column shift, check the linkage under the hood make sure bolt or pins are tight and not slipped out of the joint. if not topside linkage, most likely is the transmission shift plate that connects to the transmission shift shaft, usually a single bolt just needs tightening. usually a 10 mm or a 13 mm socket/wrench((IF its a floor shift then the cable is out of adjustment or stretched, would need to be replaced if adjustment plate is not loose))

Why can't I pull trouble codes for my 1994 Buick

You need a specific adapter to scan your trouble codes. Vehicles prior to 1996 use OBD1 scanners, which are very expensive. Your best bet is to call around a few shops in your area and ask what they would charge to diagnose the code. It sounds like you may have more than 1 problem. The emissions could be due to a bad oxygen sensor and acceleration problem may be due to bad plugs, plug wires, clogged fuel filter, rotor and distributor cap, etc. Do a tune up on it, then see where you stand. At least you won't have to pay a shop to do it if that fixes your acceleration problem.

My 1994 caravan drives about 200 feet then starts slipping. If I turn the ignition off and back on it will go another 200 feet.friends told me it is some sort of sensor .does any know whats going on .thanks

Please define the word "slipping" for me. To me it means the transmission is "slipping", the van is going down the road, and then the engine RPM's are still there, but the van keeps slowing down ? You try to put on more acceleration, but the engine revs up higher, but you go nowhere ?
Please let me know.

I have a 1994 Cadillac Deville Concours. The car starts fine and runs great for approx. 15 minutes and then acts like it is starving for fuel. The car will accelerate with light pressure on the accelerator...

Any check engine light or codes? My first thought would be tps or possibly fuel filter. As car builds up pressure a clogged filter would cause your symptom.
