Question about 1991 Ford Econoline
The electronic engine control is usually located under the hood by the firewall. You will see a bunch of wires going into it. I doubt it is the problem tho. It could either be the ignition coil, or the ignition module. make sure the ignition system is getting power to it. Start by checking the fuses.
