Keep in mind there are TWO seperate headlight bulbs for each side. One above the other. The first one you see is the highbeam. Look above it for the other rubber boot, its square. That houses the low beam bulb.

My low beam headlights went out and I replaced the bulb but they still do not work? What do I need to do to get them working again?

First make sure you check all your fuses to make sure they are good, secondly make sure you check the fuses under the hood area and inside the auto, then lastly make sure you check the light solenoids for your car I think there is one for each there in a box under the hood. After doing this I am pretty sure you are going to find your problem but if not make sure you contact me back and I will help you track down the beast. you may have a wire not grounded properly or a short that is confusing the cpu-I would suspect the steering column area-do you have the switching to brights problem while turning-also might try changing both bulbs as something goofy may be happening inside of those right side lights-i e a fillement laying across other fillement-I would start with replacing bulbs as this may be messing with the cpu-cheers Denny

Its not unusual to get a bad bulb out of the package. Could also be a bad connector. Try that and come back to us....

How do i change bumper fog lights on my 03 mini cooper

Turn the wheel so that the wheel well you're accessing is pointed in. Then carefully unscrew the clips that hold the front side of the inner fender liner on. You don't need to remove them all. Bend the liner back and you'll see the back of the bulb. (it may be wires that are visible, or it may have a cap depending on the model) All you need to do is twist the cap to get to the bulb, or twist the bulb and it will come out
