I don't think there is one. If you're trying to turn the DRLs off, they are controlled by computer. The dealership can deactivate them if you want.

Are your turn signal still working ? In your fuse box, which can be under the hood for some fuses and relays, and under the drivers side dashboard, it can also be on the side of the dashboard on drivers side when you open the drivers door, look for a door on the dashboard and pull it so in your owners manual it will tell you what fuse it is, but the fuse box under the hood should have a diagram of the fuse box and which fuse or relay it is I have only ran into this once, were all the bulbs went bad at once, now there is a sense in most of these cars for day time lights, and if covered will not work, but the sense can be bad, or your head light switch could be bad to

Dashboard gauges turn off and on

A bad connection could be it, possibly a failing relay. One would have to pull some paneling off, possibly the steering wheel covers, to start looking for the problem.
Coming out of the ignition switch will be a start wire, an accessory wire, and a run wire. The run wire is for both the ignition system and for the gauges and warning lights. One splice of this run wire will go to the fuse panel, to power up those fuses that are termed "hot in run or accessory". Or sometimes, the run wire energizes a relay that sends power to the fuse panel. One of these fuses will be for the gauges and warning lights in the dash.
If you have a test light or voltmeter, you could check the fuse terminals for power at those times when the gauges are not working. If the fuse terminal shows no power when the key is on, then the problem is between the ignition switch and the fuse panel. This could be a relay that is not working- probably called an ignition relay-and it may be right around the fuse panel. If the fuse terminals do have power when key is on, but gauges are not working, the problem is between the fuse panel and the dash-will probably need to pull the dash cluster out to look further-possibly the electrical connector or connections at the cluster. If you wiggle the wiring around the fuse panel and the ignition switch and see the gauges move (key on), then you are wiggling a bad connection and can find and fix it.

My 2500 chevy pu has no day time running lights now no power at the bulb but has power at fuse pannel

It sounds like your day time running light relay is not functioning. The relay is located under the hood on the drivers side labeled day time running lights. to test you can just swap it out with the high beam relay. If your day time running lights then come on al you have to do is install a new relay. good luck

The lights of my equinox are turning every time i started the car even at day time

These are daytime running lights. They run at lower voltage than your "nightime" lights, but use the same bulb.

I personally find them annoying.

More than likely your car was built in Canada where they are mandatory. In US they are not.

You can disable them by removing the relay (under hood) that says "DRL" . Look at fuse diagram in owner manual or under fuse cap.

Tail lights and dash lights are not commin on. back up lights brake lights and turn signals all still work. I think it has something to do with some type of switching device for the day time running...

It sounds like you may have blown a fuse the tail lights and dash lights are usually on the same fuse. Do you have the owners manual? That will show you where the fuse boxes are located and which fuse does what. If you find a blown fuse and it blows another one right away, there's a problem in the wiring. You'll have to get it checked bt a mechanic.

Day time running lights, how to disable

Look in the fuse block for the DRL relay, or a DRL fuse. Remove the relay or fuse. Make sure your regular lighting system still functions!

start by unpluging one and checking it with a volt meter.if no power is there then begin to look at any and all fuses.
if all fuses are good then the switch itself is were the problem lives.

Chevy cavalier 1996 headlight not working, day

Did you replace the relay for the day time running lights which for some dumb reason is mounted under the front bumper? Climb under and look straight up and you should see it...mine was mounted in about the center (on the frame in front of the radiator. Sounds similar to an issue I had and it cleared up once I replaced the part...had to get from dealer still.

Insterment panel light out.

When you say you replace the fuse 3 times, is because the fuse have blown? If so, there is a short in the system and will need expert help to trace the short.
Does the day time running light stay on during day light hours and does the lights comes on without activating the headlight switch during night hours when the park brake is released?
If so, this of course is normal condition. If not then the day time running light circuit needs diagnosing along with the body module circuit. Headlight switch will also need to be tested.
