What I would do is an radiator pressure test, that would let you know for sure if you have a coolant leak. It's a tool you install on the part of the radiator where the cap fits on. pump the pressure tester not more them 15psi then look around for any leaks. this tool might be able to be rented from autozone or any repair shop could do this for you, also it could be condensasion from your a/c system.normal to dip some water.
