Ran the Subaru through emissions 2 months ago. I failed the first test I gave it a full tune up including fuel filter, fuel system cleaner, gas treatment, engine treatments, plugs, wires, air filter, oil and filter, pretty much everything except the Cat. I failed the second emmisssion test by a small percentage, that's when I had the Cat replaced which in-turn put me way under for my third and final passing emmission test... What would be the best way to have the fuel delevery system run smoothly, and or where or how would I get the car on a diaognostic machine??? Remember it's a '92 Sub. Legacy Wagon AWD non-turbo 2.2

Just a thought, You should start with a good tune up and don't forget the fuel filter. If after that I would check the flow of the catalytic converter. Just thinking of the basics first. Good luck and have a great day.

Starts fine then stalls after a couple seconds.

its could be the fuel pump, if its going bad then it could be causing stall and a gas hose could be bad to and is only allowing a little gas to motor causing it to stall also

I have a 92 subaru legacy and the park lights stay on when the ignition is off, and the key is hard to turn.

Your ignition switch is faulty and needs replacement this is why the power stays on to power up the lights!

1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon. Engine dies at low idle.

I understand you have maintained it properly, But often people seem to forget things like the Fuel filter. Another cause is vacuum leaks. If the car has a miss you might try a can of Seafoam through the fuel system. Cleans the system very nicely and improves fuel mileage. Hope this helps to return the Subbie to its dependable abilities. Good luck.

92 Subaru Legacy Power Windows Don't Work

I have a 92 that did the same. After checking fuses and the relay(located under drivers seat) I discovered that the power windows control module on drivers door was bad. Went to a salvage and bought a used for $40, pulled the door panel, unscrewed and unplugged the old one, put in the used one and everything worked fine. About a week later, the passenger side motor went out and replaced that with a used power window motor. All windows now work fine.
