Question about 2004 Chrysler 300M
I have a 2004 Chrysler 300M that makes the ticking noise when first started . . . if you turn the heater control to completely off the noise stops . . .leave it off for about 3 to 5 minutes and then turn it on and it will be gone. . . my chrysler dealer repair service manager can't understand it and didn't believe me when I told him. They tried to tell me it was my motor mounts. My 18 year old daughter figured it out. go figure!!!

Thats normal, it is a solenoid that the computer activates when you first start the car.
