Question about 2002 Toyota Camry

I have a 2002 toyota camry. i had to replace my tailight housing but i tighten the bolt too hard and broke the pin. can it be replaced

Buy one of those plastic glue at auto parts store, and glue them back together. It is a lot more convenient, and cheaper. I have used them, and they hold extremely well.

Broken thermostat housing bolt


You'll probably have to drill out the bolt. Very carefully.
If there is any part of the bolt sticking out you may be able to use vise grips.

How do I remove rear brake drums on 2002 toyota camry


first remove the wheel and this will expose the brake drum. next make sure emergency brake is off. spin drum by hand, if it spins freely you can use a heavy hammer and give it a hard whack and drum should pop loose, if not remove the drum by inserting two bolts into the threaded holes on the drum face and continue driving the two bolts forward evenly which in turn walks drum off. if this was helpful please rate 4 thumbs.

Jack up car remove 2 or 3 bolts, undo 3 wires and it comes right out.

the final torque setting is approx 80 foot/pounds incrementally if they are tty torque to yield bolts) Depending on the manufacturers of the replacement head bolts some require besides the obvious torque sequence followed either a TTY or a degree tightening after an initial sequence tightening while using the proper 30w , 10W-30 or manufacturers own mixture of molybelenum. How to replace a starter on a toyota solara v6


You take out the battery, and the air-filter housing to give extra working space.
Then push in the starter motor to its place, and hand-tighten all its bolts.
Wrench tighten the starter bolts to the engine 38.ft-lb
Connect the solenoid wire, and tighten to 10.ft-lb
Connect the battery positive cable, and tighten to13.ft-lb.
Replace the air-filter housing.
Replace the battery, and terminals.
Crank-up the car.

on the door there should be a plastic panel in the area of the mirror if not take the door panel off then you should see the bolts holding the mirror in place may be 2 or 3 .reverse the process and youre good to go.

follow the lower radiator hose to the housing ...do not over tighten the bolts they are on an aluminum housing and the bolts will strip..dont put it in the wrong way ...the little pin that is on the valve should be up

Replace alternator belt only for 1993 toyota camry


loosen the mounting bolts on the alternator, remove the old belt, replace with the new belt, slightly tighten the top mounting bolt, pull the alternator up until the belt is tight or if there is an adjustment bolt, crank down until tight (shouldn't bow more than 1"), and tigten other hardware.
