Question about 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD New Cars
While driving, the Silverado 7.4 1997 C3500 the gngine stoped without any warning. Found the distributor gear striped, put on new gear, Oil pressure stayes at 70 PSI. Need help finding out what caused the problem.
Gears wearing out can be due to lack of lubrication.
Since you have already replaced the gear, not a bad idea to recheck if its ok and tht there is enough of lubricant (oil) going to the gear and around it.
Hope this helps!
