Question about 1997 Toyota Camry
Even with ignition key taken out car is staying on, changing gears or trying to put it in reverse or park turns car on and off
Look at the base of the steering colum on its topside and locate the ignition switch. Thhere are no electrics at the key. The actual switch is operated by a rod by the keypart. The switch is sticking or the linkage to it is out of whackGood Luck.
