Check for a burnt wire near your starter, usually red @ 8 or 10 gauge.this is your accessory feed the same thing happened to a chevy i had one time. also check the smaller ground wires giong from your battery to the chassis/body

No tail lights

look for a blown fuse in your engine compartment fuse box. if you dont find one there then check the fuse panel in the dash under you column. it could be one of the larger feed fuses in the engine compartment fuse box so dont overlook those.

Sounds like a bad connection on the fuse links. You may be able to find a YouTube video on the subject.

Can't find fuse for tail lights or dash lights

The fuse should be under the dash on the fuse panel. Look again!

2002 Dodge Van towing a Rock Climbing Wall. No

I would think that the wires from the RCW (rock climbing wall) that control the running lights are wired to the interior dash lights of the van, and a fuse blew, killing the above mentioned lights. Check the fuse block for a bad fuse, probably labeled inst lights or inst lgt. Did you make the trip there in daylight, and trip home at night? The fuse for the dash lights couldn't handle the extra drain of the RCW running lights.
