There are a row of Allen head and 9/16 nut screws on the bottom panel below the steering wheel and middle panel, remove those.
Gently pull down lower panel, upper panel will pull out as well slightly. The hazardflasher (left) and turn signal (right) are just to the left of the lighter assembly. (Silver)Relays are difficult to pull out, if you gently use wide mouth pliers , rock them out. Replace and test, before reinstalling panel.

with the key on you should have power on one wire at each of the injectors and the ground circuit is controlled by the computer.with a voltmeter you see battery voltage on one wire and you see the ground voltage pulse.you can see this best on a meter that has a graphing meter on it.

I have a 2000 jimmy full load vehicle the flasher keeps ticking after it is turned off everything works as it should but it just keeps ticking

This is common problem. The problem is caused by a bad function switch in the dash, It shorts and coauses flasher to click from time to time. The only fix is to change the switch assembly on column and your clicking will stop. good luck

Flasher clicks all the time. I have replaced the flasher, but still hear this clicking from the flasher. This is a 2000 GMC Jimmy.

there is a short in the switch in the steering coumn. unfortunately this assembly is very expensive. your problem is quite common you are not alone. you cannot fix it unless you replace the switch assembly

yes it is in the turn signal switch assembly. I see that Carquest has them and probably sure NAPA will as well.

2000 GMC Jimmy, Flasher clicks alot even after repalcing flasher

Auto headlights do go off when turn signal is put on. The wiper problem could very well be in the blinker switch in the column, they are know to go out on these trucks. Run some tests before replacing.
