Question about 2000 Buick LeSabre
Check for bad front end parts,like a tie rod end,and have a alignment done.

I had the same problem. It's one of your front axles.
My mechanic is excellent. I would bet my life on their work. They couldn't find any normal signs of needing to replace one of the axles. The shimmy seemed to be on the right hand side so they changed out the right axle. Didn't fix the problem.
Everything pointed to an axle problem, so for giggles, they changed out the left axle too. That fixed the problem.
That's my bet for you.
