Question about 2001 Jeep Cherokee
Check for power at the washer pump motor.if there is power replace the motor. iof no power replace the switch and you know what that means. jeep goes to shop to have it done or you can drill a small hole in the firewall and install a secondary switch far the new washer motor..your choice only my suggestions.. have a fine evening..

Bad washer pump. Take the tank out with the motor in it and put 12v to it. It will either pump or not.
