Brake light on dash stays on but sometimes goes off when cornering. Whats wrong

Check your brake fluid level. If the level is low, it will cause this. Also- if the level is significantly low, have your brakes checked, or check them yourself. When brake pads or shoes wear down, the level of fluid in the reservoir will drop accordingly with it.

Your brake fluid is at an unsafe level in your master cylinder ....check and fill your brake fluid with dot three fluid and check your braking system for leaks and worn parts

Brake fluid is low in mater cylinder resivior, have the brakes looked at may be low, if brakes are good then just add brake fluid. good luck.

Check the brake fluid level in the aster cylinder under the hood top off as ness wioth DOT 3 fluid.

The marker lights, brake lights,dash lights,power windows,power locks,radio and heater dont work


When you release the brake pedal, there is a switch underneath the brake pedal that disconnects the circuit to your brake lights causing your brake lights to switch off. Sometimes this brake light switch will go bad and need replacement. If your brake light stays on after you turn your car or truck off and you don't want to run your battery down, you may be able to get down underneath the brake pedal and manually pull up on the brake light switch to deactivate it until you can get it repaired.

this may sound crazy but change the bulbs in the light that is up by spoiler and im sure the lights in dash will go off. the dash light and the rear spoiler light use the same ground. let me no if it worked or not.

stop light switch you have adjusted the brakes correctly and noy the pedal has come up hard so reset the stop light switch ,also make sure handbrake is going right down as some vehicles have a switch on their as well and i have never seen one of these cars in europe so i honestly cannot tell you model problems only whats wrong

Turn signal is staying on continuously and brake light goes off


check the bulbs or the sockets for damage
or the wrong bulb
you are getting feedback through the wiring
and that lights up the dash

Nissan almera brake lights not working,checked fuse okay,changed bulbs still not working i don`t whats wrong.


Check the brake light switch under the dash at the brake peddle and make sure its working if it does not close when you depress the brake peddle the lights will not work You may hve to remove the lower cover for the dash to get at the switch

toyota's have a switch in the top of the brake cylender, to solve it just top up your brakes, if this doesnot work you will have to have your brakes by a specialist
