Question about 1997 Pontiac Grand Am
I am trying to remove the motor in the 97 pontiac i jut bought for parts and it wont come apart from the tranny any suggestions?
Are you sure you got all the bolts out of the tranny, there is one that you have to remove thru the right side of the car with a long extension its on the back side of the trans by the firewall above or next to the steering rack it screws in towards the left side of car. If your sure you got all the bolts out including torq converter bolts than its got to be stuck on the doll pins, spray them with some PB blaster or WD-40. it should break loose.
