Under the hood, in the heater hoses right before the connection at the firewall for the heater core.

How do you fix a 1990 chrysler new yorker ac/heater? It does not blow any air out?


Cooling coil is choked , get it cleaned or do it yourself by following the tutorial I shared as a video.

My 1990 Chrysler New Yorker heater works sometimes but other times just blows cold air, is it the heater core?


i have the same car and if i put it all the way up on high it will work sometimes and other time it won't but it i put it on the spot just below high so 3/4 mark it works everytime!

Where are the computers located on a 1990 new yorker?


what would make you think its the computer??. If you've troubleshot the problem to that kudos to you, but if you are wrong you could be spending alot of money on new computer that doesn't fix the problem. The problem you describe could be caused by a lot of components including idling components

Changing flasher on a 1990 New Yorker, where is it located?


It has 2 flasher relays but they are both located in the same place. They are located: Front seating area, center, behind dash, driver side of glove compartment, mounted on relay block

Open the drivers door pull the end off of the dashboard and check fuses for heater fan

Check heater hose routing up to firewall area, or back from, and control should be there in line.
