Be sure you have a good ground on the battery my mechanic pulled the plastic sheath off my ground and that fixed it so you might have a bad ground some where

Be sure vehicle in park. Have an assistant hold ignition in the start position. Check voltage (12volts) to the smaller wire at the starter (purple usually). If you have power...check for voltage on the large wire (hot at all times). If you have power on have a bad starter. If the smaller wire does not have power then possible blown fuse, park neutral switch or clutch switch (manual trans only).

I have a 1996 chevy lumina. the motor wont turn

You need to check for power at the purple wire going to the solonoid while key is in the start position, if no juice then check starter relay-under hood- fuse ,and ignition switch

Power to dash, lights etc, click from engine but it wont start. was driving fine 10 min. earlier... 2003 chevy malibu..

have the battery checked all of your lights and radio will still work even with very little juice in the battery but it takes a lot to crank the engine over and sometimes the battery will just go bad no matter when it was driven last and if the alternator has gone bad it will kill a battery fairly quickly so have it check also.

Chevy radio not working

Please check all of your fuses,There are 2 fuses for your radio,1 to supply ignition switched power and the other is a constant power supply for the radio memory. This fuse is usally a shared fuse with other devices that need constant power such as interior lights.
