THERE MUST BE ANOTHER SMALL BOLT THERE MAY BE ONE YOU HAVE MISSED IT THE MIDDLE MOST PROB.. THERE IS SOME TIME 2 IN THE MIDDLE AREA

3rd brake lights are usually just held with 1 or 2 screws.if the clip or plastic it screws into is stripped,you can usually find a used part pretty cheap.it may just need to be screwed down.the metal clips may be found at a hardware store.

Foam is used to affix the backside which is self stick Apply some rubbing alcohol to loosen the lamp's foam although let the alcohol set in for ten minutes first before pulling off

Bang harder. They tend to rust up where it meets the hub and seize up. Eventually it will come loose. If it's the rear rotor once you can wiggle it you will be able to work it around the brake shoes if needed. Most of the time ounce you get it broken free from the hub they slide right off.
