Question about 2000 Chevrolet Blazer
You do not have a switch like a ford. If you have power for three seconds when key switched on and no fuel pressure you will need a pump. I think its the gray wire on yours. Test at the pump connector

I have had to replace the ground wire contact on two of my blazers(one of them is a 2000)and that solved all problems.
