To find the access point you should instruct your device to search for all available wireless connections.
select the one you want ot use from any list that is offered.

the key needs to match what ever is set up in the wireless connection host eg the wireless router if you have set this up yourself ,use the same key you use for all other connections to this router. if not you will have to ask whoever installed it to grant access either by removing the code and making an open connection or giving it to you.

How do I get internet on my 3ds and go on google

wrong category :P
you have to set up your 3DS to use a wifi router. it will walk you through the steps. make sure the wireless switch is on, and you have permission to use the network. you'll have to put in the passcode for the DS if you know it to access the stuff. then you can surf on the DS.

New starter good batt. no voltage at the starter not even a click

Have to do some trouble-shooting first. With no click at all means their is no power comming from the key switch to the starter or no earth (-) to the starter. How to check power from the key switch. Look at your starter motor wiring their should be a main batery wire conected to it and more wires to the same conection. Then their should be one small wire connected to a different connector on the starter this is the power wire from the key switch. To check if this is the problem remove it then get a long piece of wire which will reach from the starter to the battery. Conect one end to the connector on the starter then touch the other end to the positive (+) pole of the battery. When you touch it to the battery you should hear a click and the starter will turn the engine. If it does then you will have to check the ignition system starting with the fuse then relay and key switch, It could also be a coroded connection or a broken wire in the wire loom, Check the earth if you get no click when you touch the wire to the battery. Follow the large wire from the (-) pole of the battery to the engine make sure all connections are tight and corosion free. To double check get a jumper cable clamp one to the - neg. of the battery and the other end to the engine (large bolt or metal) do not conect it to any pulleys (alternator etc.), This should get you sorted but if not let me know what you have tried and I will help further.

Have good battery head lights but when i try to start there is no lights battery reads 0 but plenty of lights no interior lights door locks wont work also the windows wont work do you know the problem?

if you are trying to say that the head lights and all other lights are working then you turn the key to the start everything gos dead then you can have a bad battery conection or a bad conection at the starter or it is possable that the battery is bad even if all the cells check full what it is a bad conection between 2 of the cells inside the battery you need to do a load test on the battery to find this out
