The linkage between the pedal and the clutch throwout bearing needs attention - the return spring appears to not have been reinstalled correctly, or has broken.

My Nissan 95 sentra clutch had crunched and pedal would not spring back, found that clutch cable had snapped, replaced this and now my clutch pedal is still not 100% springing back, it springs back en

Check the spring to see if it has snapped anywhere within it's coil.

Remove the cable and check operation of the pedal and spring mechanism.
If all is well, then with a lever, check that the clutch release arm on the gearbox is operational. If that is also sticking, then you will have to remove the gearbox to investigate further.
If not sticking, then also remove the clutch cable outer sleeve, and replace.

Clutch pedal is sticking

ok
if it just sticks without any strange sound or lack in power then you just need a new pedal wire or a master cylinder of the clutch pedal i don`t know that kind of cars but its old and probably will using just typical wire just review the fluid reservoir of the clutch master for any lack of fluid or sweating

Clutch pedal sticks to the floor; the brake reservoir was low

I believe your pressure plate is broken and at a minimum will have to be replaced along with the clutch disk.

1998 Saturn SC1 manuel stick is hard to shift into 1st & 2nd gear

Try to double clutch the clutch pedal. How to double clutch; push the clutch in moving the stick to neutral, then release the clutch and then push it back in and shift into first or second gear. If it works then it is not the shift linkage and could be a clutch adjustment. First how far do you have to release the clutch pedal until the clutch plate starts to engage? If only an inch or so the clutch pedal needs to be adjusted, which is an easy fix (this is more common). The other possible problems could be the clutch plate, throwout bearing of syncros could be bad. If it is one of the previous problems double clutching should buy you some time.

The clutch pedal sticks down when trying to engage

YOU DO NEED A NEW DISC AND MOST LIKELY A MASTER AND SLAVE HYDRAULIC CLUTCH CYLINDERS, THE STICKING MAY BE DUE TO OVER TRAVEL DUE TO THE WORN OUT DISK.

Clutch sticks when pushed to floor

a clutch pedal that doesn't return back to you is sometimes a symptom of a failing clutch slave or general fluid leak. This is of course referring to a hydraulic clutch. If your fluid gets too low or there is an air leak your pedal will stick to the floor and not return.

you have a clutch hydraulic problem. have the clutch master cylinder replaced and the linkage adjusted if neccessary. you will be money ahead to have them replace the slave cylinder at the same time.

Clutch pedal sticks

could be the slave cylinder or throw out bearing even clutch itself if replacing it anyway you should also get a kit for your slave cylinder just to be sure i dont think it would be a pedal problem and also if by chance its cable it could be a sticky or frayed cable if you need more info just ask please dont rate me until i have helped you fully
