Question about Mercury Cars & Trucks
Hello,my cougar does not want to run over 110 miles/hour,but when i start on both clocks a sticks move to the maximum, after back to zero, and just than they show what they have to. My engine is v6,not a 2.0. I fifth gear maximum 5000rpm,110mph,should be faster i think so Thanks your help.
Thats the limit with the tire speed ratings. The only way to get around it is from a hacker that can disable the speed limiter in the computer. Your car doesnt have the horsepower to go to 5000 rpm in 5th gear.
