Have you had the battery and the alternator checked?

Check all your connections especially at battery and alt.

Make sure you check the grounds as well

Either battery is going bad or check alternator if alternator isn't putting out enough charge it will cause lights & gauges to do werd things

bad contacts in headlight switch or dimmer switch. unlikely that spray cleaner or lube would have any lasting result. replace before they quit for good. Don't think you have a relay for headlights, but check on it, it would be a simple fix. relay rail or with fuse box under hood

How do I get the low beams to run automatically whenever driving instead of flickering?

if you did it yourself and did not use factory lights or ballast then it could be a voltage detection problem. If you did use factory parts then the headlight switch may have failed by coincidence. also check connections at HL plugs and or switch. ???????????

Driving lights and dash lights blowing 15 amp fuse

From your description this looks like overcharging. Check your charging system for overcharging and the wiring. A loose connection to the regulator can cause a surge in charge voltage and let out a very high voltage.

All lights work inside and out except all headlights will not

check the fusebox, mostly fuses are uite easily recognizable by small icons similar to the icons on the switches on your dashboard, find the one for lighting and verify if it is still proper. If not, replace it.
