Question about 2000 Volkswagen Passat 4Motion
We had one of these and could not find anything wrong so the customer brought it to the dealer and the dealer said the head has to come off to do a carbon clean. Customer was not happy, car only had 35,000 on it. So we opted to do a chemical clean instead with our fuel injection clean machine. This solved the problem. You could get some additive to put in your fuel and hope for the best. Drive it for a tank or two with additives added. Then clear the code if still present and keep driving to see ifit comes back
