Question about 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer
Check the plug connection going to the horn then check the fuse to see if it is blown out, use a voltmeter to check to see if the horn plug has power as an assistant activates the horn if you are getting power replace the horn you should be able to get a original replacement at a auto junk yard.
