If the ECM has been wet - forget it - You will more than likely (99%) need to replace it - If not - 1-Check for ignition spark with key in "start" position - If spark present; check for pulse at injectors with "noid" light (unplug injector and use a specialty fuel Injector test light - w/appropriate connectors) - If you have pulse at injectors with key in "start" position, Then I'd check and make sure you have fuel pressure - (Fuel pressure tester on fuel rail) If good , then Also check codes from ECM - A large number of strange or odd codes often indicates a bad ECM - A "No start" condition could also be caused by: Head Temp sensor-MAF sensor-Bypass Air Control, etc, etc - so if none of these thing are the problem, I'd check codes and hunt down source....Must have: Compression/Fuel/Ignition (together) to run - Hope that helps

The ecu can still be wet or damaged by the water. You may need to get another but the dashboard console with the instruments must go with the ecu you use, they are coded together.
