Question about 1995 Mercury Cougar
You sure it's bank 1 and 2 ? they are both for bank 2. either way it's a fuel problem. not getting enough of it.. here's a link to some info but before you even look over this i'd check your MAF sensor and your o2 sensors maybe fuel pump and fuel filter.. this article has a couple pointers.
If you take care of one the other should be corrected too.
