How do you replace the passenger side headlight on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata? I brought it to a mechanic and he said he needed to cut the hose to the H2O line, is this correct?

Cutting a hose makes no sense. The headlight assembly comes out fairly easily, take the whole nine yards out, then you have access to the bulb. DO NOT touch the glass with your hand or risk short life.
Look for a better mechanic.

I have had to replace both the headlight bulbs 3 times!!!

this is not uncommon for these vans. when you install the headlamps be sure not to touch the bulbs with bare hands. use latex gloves. the oil from your hands will diminish the life of the bulbs. when your done with the bulb issue have your charging system checked for an overcharge(anything over about 14.7 volts). if the charging system is in good shape, i would seriously consider the quality of the bulbs. happy holidays

Would the drivers side sun visor be covered under the warranty? It will no longer stay up. The care is a 2006 sonata with about 57,000 miles.

Dear Loose Visor....
If you purchased this vehicle new than this visor still might be covered under warranty...especially if you bought an extended warranty. Some warranty companies cover any and everything from bumper to bumper no questions asked.A sure answer would be to make a quick phone call to either the extended warranty company if you have that coverage or the dealer that you had purchased this vehicle from. Thanks for your time!!! If you have any more questions you can get back to me.HOPE I COULD HELP!!!

What could the code po455 on a 2005 hyundai Sonata mean? and would that be covered under the manufacture warranty?

P0455 is a large evaporative system leak. If it is due to a failed part on the car, it should be covered under the 5 year 60000 mile warranty, but only a Hyundai dealership can tell you for certain if they will cover the repair under warranty. Most of the time though, this code is set by filling the tank with fuel and not tightening the fuel cap.

Headlight replacement on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata

I'll assume you want to change the bulbs, not the headlamps themselves. I've listed the steps below to change the bulbs. Both sides use the same procedure
STEPS TO REPLACE HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Remove the dust cover from behind the bulb that needs replacement.
2. Unplug the bulb.
3. Taking note of the bulb orientation, unhook the bulb retaining clip from the tang that holds it in place.
4. Remove the bulb.
5. Install the new bulb in the same orientation and clip in place.
6. Reconnect the electrical connector to the bulb.
7. Reinstall the dust cover.

Alternatively, if the bulb is burned out and you have less than 60,000 miles, you should take the car to the dealer and let them do it for free for you.
