Wheel alignment. Back wheels are stationary and don't adjust. Just the front ones. An alignment will take care of this.

Front tires are leanin in

After double checking the design, it makes no difference if your truck is 2 or 4 wheel drive. There is an eccentric bushing located between the upper ball joint and the top section of the front axle. You can adjust the camber [inward to outward tilt] of each wheel by removing the upper ball joint from the axle and rotating that bushing. Make sure there is no play in either of the ball joints on each wheel. Replace any worn ball joint, before adjusting the eccentric bushing. The link below shows what an eccentric bushing looks like, although the linked item is not specifically for your truck. See

If you can not adjust the camber [tilt] to be within specifications, you will need special equipment to heat and bend the front axle to achieve proper camber. This sort of thing is best done by a truck alignment shop.

My tail lights for my 2002 ford f-150 doesn't work.

When you say tail lights, is this the parking lamps or the stop lamps ?

If it is the parking lamps:
Do the front ones work ?
Do you have power at the 4 pin trailer tow adapter for the parkign lamps ?
- If not could be the fuse for the parking lamps, engine compartment Fuse panel, Fuse # 6.

If this is the stop lamps, try raising the tilt all the way on the steerign wheel, and see if they work again ( this is if the truck bed ones do not work and the CHMSL / 3rd brake lamp does work ).
- Some times the connector can be pulled apart, causing issues with the brake lamps on the truck.

4WD not engaging

Most the newer trucks have a vacuum system and some time you need a smoke machine to find the leaks. Try checking by each front wheel you will find a vacumm hose that goes to the wheel hub it is mounted on a bracket at the frame with a small plastic splice check that for cracks if it is cracked or there are any leaks it will not work let me know what ya find.
