Question about 2003 Chevrolet Malibu
Could be many things. Dead battery, dirty or loose battery or cable connections, starter locked up or faulty. Faulty neutral safety switch (make sure it's in park all the way). Ignition switch faulty, engine siezed up. etc. You'll have to do some checking and give more info.
