Fairly easy to use a test light and probe ALL the fuses (can be done without even removing them) using a test light. Whole thing takes less than ten minutes...faster than looking it up! Test with the key in "on position...good fuse will show power on both ends.

My 99 jeep cherokee turn signals and hazards ARE NOT WORKING.everything else works fine.it dnt even make the clicking noise like it should.the fuses are fine.wut else could it be?

You'll need to locate your "turn signal flasher" and replace it. You'll find it in either of the 2 fuse boxes, the owner's manual will have it listed. They are usually a small square box with 2 or 3 electrical prongs that just unplug and plug back into the slots. Please rate this answer, thanks.

My jeep starts and runs i can drive it but all my lights wont come on and my radio works but my power locks dont and my keyless entry dont work either what could it be?

have you checked your relays? look in the owners manual under fuses and relays, it will have pictures of where the fuses and relays go, and what they work. it sounds to me like a bad relay. your relays are in the black long box on the drivers side fender. check those please.

Dash lights are out

You have all the fuse locations. I have seen some that after radio was put in did that. usually it turns out that re-grounding the dash or using different power supplies for the radio has corrected it. otherwise, I'd check the light switch and make sure it's OK.

Hooked up a two-way radio,now speedometer, rpm, gas gages don't work

I'd check for
(1) blown fuse (owner's manual should list which fuse is for the instrument panel - may list it as IP fuse)
(2) broken wire or loose wire in area where you obtained power for the new accessory.

Where did you get power for the 2-way radio?

If you find a blown fuse, replace, and it immediately blows again, unhook the 2-way radio, replace fuse, and see if that works.

Where is the fuse for the tail lights for jeep '96 grand cherokee

Unfortunately, could not find owners manual for 1996.

Website only has models 2004-current
=> http://www.jeep.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html

There are two fuse boxes. One under driver compartment usually left to the steering colum. A label is stamp to identify each fuse. I would look at Park Lights and Instrument Cluster fuses. The easy way is to take a flashlight and look at all fuses. If they are all okay. Then just remove the Park Lights and Instrument Cluster fuse and reseat them. The other fuse box is under the hood and near the batter. It also has a label to identify each fuse.
